All students must arrive with the following gear. Rental equipment may be available, contact the instructor in advance.

- 100 rounds of ammunition
- Eye protection (wrap-around)
- Ear protection (muffs or plugs)

Foothill Training is a California-based firearms training company offering CCW courses in a relaxed outdoor environment on their 5-acre facility. Led by an instructor with extensive law enforcement and military qualifications including POST Advanced Instructor Certification and SWAT experience, they provide both initial 16-hour CCW classes and 8-hour renewal courses. Their training includes meals and takes place at an outdoor range with obstacle courses and room clearing facilities.
