LEO Defensive Concepts, LLC is a defensive firearms training company founded by law enforcement and medical professionals. Led by retired officers Joe Leonardo (29 years LE, 20 years SWAT) and Archie Chu (20 years LE), they offer tactically driven courses including CCW certification, pistol/rifle/shotgun training, and tactical medical courses.
