Madison Society Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2001 that focuses on protecting Second Amendment rights through litigation and education. The foundation provides concealed carry weapon training and certification for California, Arizona, and Utah permits. They operate as an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff, directing all donations and course revenue toward supporting Second Amendment legal challenges and amicus briefs.
All classes meet California DOJ and local sheriff requirements. Students receive a certificate of completion and range qualification results on the day of training.
